This is the best and most efficiently run surgery I have ever been registered to from reception through to doctors and practice nurses. Everytime I visit I am greeted curteously warmly and respectfully and all of the doctors are wonderful . A great surgery

I was very impressed by the excellent treatment that I received on Thursday 04 December at 15:10 hours. The nurse (Bonnie Beard) called me in on time, explained the procedure of ear irrigation (syringing), the possible side effects etc., and carried out the procedure in a most professional manner. Well done to The Great Bentley Surgery.

I've been with this surgery for many years and have always been happy with the service I get. Sure, somtimes it can be hard to get an appointment quickly, but if it's urgent I will always get an appointment for the same day. I find the staff and doctors pleasant to deal with and from what I hear about other local surgeries, I think I am very lucky to be registered here :-)
